I do not think charging an hourly rate is fair.

Now days, with new equipment getting much cheaper to replace. I will always call you with an estimate repair cost before any repairs are made. This is the main reason for calling you with an evaluation of your equipment.

I do realize how inexpensive TV's are getting to replace. I will always call you with an evaluation of your equipment before any repairs are made. This way we know the cost and make sure the equipment is worth repairing.

TV repairs 30"or bigger, TV/VCR Combos, Big Screens, Computers, LCD, Plasma

Flat labor rate is $75.00 plus parts

I will call you with an estimate before the unit is repaired. I do realize how inexpensive TV's are getting to replace. This is the main reason for calling you with an evaluation of your equipment.

In order to keep your repair cost down and repair the unit at a reasonable cost. I do not do any in home service, unless money is no object. Service call charges are $75 plus $35 estimate. This is before anything is repaired. In most cases I can repair your equipment for half the cost of IN-HOME service. You can save your self lots of money by bringing in your set for service. Most shops charge a minimum service charge to come out to your home. (some shops charge $85 or more just to tell you your sets broken, You already know this). I only charge $25 to $50 for estimates and this only applies if you have a use for the broken equipment and would like to pick up the unit not repaired. This way if you do not think I am being honest about your repairs you can always take it to another repair shop.

If for any reason you do not want the defective equipment returned to you not repaired I do not not charge any estimate charges because this saves me time putting the equipment back together and save you money.

But if you what the unit returned un-repaired the evaluation charges will apply.
